How To Remove Dead Skin Naturally?

Brown Sugar

Raw sugar being coarser in texture can remove the dead skin cells easily and make your skin soft and fresh.

 What you need:

1. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

2. 1 teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil

What you need to do:

1.  Mix the oil and sugar.

2.  Apply it on your skin. Brush your fingers in a circular motion against the skin for a few minutes.

3. Leave it on for 5 more minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water.

4. Repeat this once or even twice a week.

 

Baking Soda

The baking soda granules will help remove the dead skin cells and thus rejuvenate it. Its alkalinity will advance the process and shed those cells off effortlessly.

What you need:

  1.  1 tablespoon of baking soda
  2.  1 Vitamin E capsule
  3.  Water

What you need to do:

  1.  Prick open the capsule and add the inside contents to the baking soda.
  2.  Add a few drops of water to this and mix everything evenly to get a paste.
  3.  Dampen your face and apply the paste and scrub in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
  4.  Rinse it off with water.
  5.  Repeat this once a week.
