Well, girls feel the need of using the styling products like hair straightner, hair gels, hair dryers, mousses, and sprays. The products are not suitable for our hair as they lead to hair damage. 2. YOU ARE NOT SHAMPOOING YOUR HAIR CORRECTLY
Before washing your hair, you need to brush them properly. We do not care if we are applying shampoo directly to the hair. But we need to make sure that our hair should always be nourished. We should know that take some shampoo in your palm and rub it in your hand so that it forms the foam. The foam is to apply on your hair. Do not directly apply shampoo without forming the foam. Now it also depends upon the amount of shampoo that we are using. Massage your scalp with your fingertips, not with your nails. Nails leads to breakage. 3. YOU ARE HABITUAL OF WASHING YOUR HAIR TOO OFTEN
If you are washing hair the day after another, then you should know that it does not keep them healthy. But if you are cleaning them after many days is also a problem. Firstly, you should know what your hair type is. You need to judge them correctly and make a conclusion about when to clean them. If you have healthy hair, then wash them twice a week but if you have oily hair then remove them after two days to get rid of smell and oil.
