1. DRINKING FROM A CAN

2. PUTTING A BAG ON THE BED
A lot of us have a habit of putting our bags on the bed after we reach home. And, after we’ve changed our clothes and become back to normal, we come and sit on the same couch. But, what we don’t know is the bags can provide a perfect condition for germs and bacterias to grow thereby causing harm to us.
3 WEARING A TIE EVERYDAY
Researchers have shown that wearing a tie every day can cause pressure on our eyeballs leading to blindness and glaucoma as getting clad in a tight tie can collapse the jugular vein. Moreover, wearing a tie every day can lead to the accumulation of germs and other bacterias on the tie. So, avoid wearing a tie daily.
4. DRINKING COFFEE FROM A PLASTIC CUP
This is one of the bad habits you need to quit. There would be hardly anyone who doesn’t like drinking a coffee.
And, many times, we end up drinking it from a plastic cup. But, it can be extremely harmful to us. When we drink coffee from a plastic container, Bisphenol A gets into the coffee.
And, the hotter the coffee is, the more this chemical we have to drink. This chemical can put a halt to our concentration power, curb our cell growth and affect our reproductive potential.
5. BURGER OVER A SALAD
There can be salads which can be extremely harmful to our health. Some of them include pickled vegetables, potatoes, creamy dressings, cheese etc. which can be unhealthy. So, if you’ve to choose between a burger and a salad, go for a burger because it has relatively fresh vegetables for you to enjoy.
6. DOING THE HOUSEHOLD CHORES ALONE
Completing household chores can be tiring, especially when they are to be done alone. Not only they exhaust us but can lead to high blood pressure. So, you can escape from this situation by dividing the duties and responsibilities among different members of the house.
7. GOING TO DR. GOOGLE RATHER THAN DOCTOR
According to a survey, 80% of the people try to treat their illness themselves by searching on google. Google is an excellent source but entirely relying on it can be harmful because it might not be as accurate as a doctor. So, make sure that you visit a doctor rather than google for that matter.
8. REPLACING SUGAR WITH ARTIFICAL SUGAR
People opting for diet coke are likely to suffer from obesity, heart disease and many other harmful diseases. According to many researchers, artificial sugar is more dangerous than original sugar if they have aspartame, sucralose, saccharine etc. So, go for original sugar and rely less on fake sugar.
9. BREATHING IN A WRONG WAY!
We all breathe, but there are a bulk of people who aren’t aware of the correct way. Adults do it in a wrong way which can affect their health. Adults breathe through their chest which doesn’t allow the oxygen to reach their lungs.
Blood needs to get nourished with rich nutrients which are procured through the process right breathing. Not getting enough oxygen will not help to burn the fun and getting rid of the excess fat and will lead to the less working of the cardiovascular system.
So, make sure that the intake of oxygen is in the right manner otherwise it will lead to the accumulation of toxins. One of the ways to improve your breathing is to take short gaps when you inhale and exhale.
10. USING A TOILET IN A WRONG WAY!
Spending long hours sitting on a toilet can be harmful. It can cause diverticulosis and haemorrhoids. As an alternative, you can use a small bench which will help you make an angle of 30° with your hips and your body. Another thing to keep in mind is not to spend hours in the toilet playing games or using a phone as it can be harmful.
