In our daily life, we perform a lot of activities which can deteriorate our health, without even letting us know! Here are a few of them.
1. TAKE A SHOWER AFTER 30 MINUTES OF YOUR MEAL
Our body sends blood to the skin to balance the temperature which tends to rise when we take a shower or a bath. However, it has consequences like slow metabolism and a lousy digestion process. So, it is advisable to do the water-related chores after 30 minutes of your meals.
2. CUP OF TEA
Who does not like to have a cup of tea after having their meals? But, the unknown fact is that the tea collides with the assimilation of the iron, which is, undeniably the most important mineral for our body!
One of the most important advice is that pregnant women and children should avoid and resist from having a cup of tea at least within an hour of eating.
3. DO NOT SLEEP JUST AFTER EATING
According to experts, sleeping just after having a meal can be extremely dangerous. Sleeping the next minute after having your meals can cause high acidity, burping and even heartburn. If you are accustomed of this habit, make sure that you leave it as soon as possible because it can also cause a stroke. Make sure tha you go to bed at least after 2 hours of sleep.
4. CURB WORKING OUT AFTER A MEAL
No matter how tempting it may seem, but putting the load on a full stomach can cause you a lot of discomforts. It can lead to nausea and hiccups. There can be further consequences like trauma and convulsions. If you cannot resist the habit, try opting for a walk as a means to work out. Or else, you can do the workout after 2 hours of filling your stomach.
5. DO NOT SMOKE
Tobacco has always been a devil before or after a meal. But, it can become a serious issue if you smoke after a meal because tobacco refuses the penetration of the meal’s vitamins and minerals. Give yourself at least 20 minutes of break after having your lunch. It is better if you quit smoking, entirely!
