This exercise is helpful in reducing the excess fat from your lips and nearby area.
It’s extremely easy. You just have to Blow kisses in the air. Repeat this process 10 times.

This exercise helps to make your face look thinner by making your eyebrows smoother.
Keep your eyes wide open and focus on a particular distant object. Keep staring like this for about 10 seconds. Repeat this process 6 times a day and see the results very soon.
#3 The lion face
This exercise helps in stretches the facial muscles and tones your cheek muscles.
Inhale as much air as you can while closing your fists tightly. Squeeze your facial muscles while doing so.Hold this position for 10 seconds.
